Introducing PREMIUM SMS+ 1-Year Hardware Warranty
SaveMyServer’s new warranty "Premium SMS+" (November 2023 forward) has a reworked system and offers new and improved additions to the line-up that are more comprehensive than ever before. The new testing regimen offers a 12+ hour burn-in test that ensures testing of every PCIe slot, memory module slot, as well as each drive-bay. Also included are all blank drive-bay fillers, pcie slot covers, and power cables.
Systems Eligible for Premium SMS+ Warranty:
- Dell 13th Generation HPE Gen 9
- Dell 14th Generation HPE Gen 10
- Dell 15th Generation HPE Gen 11* Coming soon
Notably, this premium warranty service is the only way to get full hardware replacement coverage including a rebuilt replacement server in the case of non-recoverable system failure. Next business day shipping is available on component RMAs via Fedex Ground / USPS Priority. Rebuilds will take typically 1-3 days based on stock and testing time.

How does this affect my order?
Improved testing will ultimately take longer for us to complete naturally. You are able to opt out of the burn-in test for your order if time is of concern and still be provided the full warranty coverage.
Standard SMS Warranty
Standard SMS Warranty applies to the following systems:

- HPE Gen 8
Standard SMS Warranty covers only testing the components ordered and only qualifies for "Parts RMA" service which is replacement parts only. No rebuilds are authorized and must be pre-paid for. No power cables,blanks , PCIE slot covers are included. Service is able to be requested by contacting a sales representative on newer generation machines but we highly recommend sticking with our Premium SMS+ warranty service.
What does our Warranty NOT cover?
Any software or application support is not covered through SaveMyServer. We do not offer any advice or support on any software or application installation process. We only support Windows Server or VMWare installation on any server purchased with hard drives from us. We do not support any hardware or component purchased from another vendor. OS installations are not covered in the event customer wipes out our initial install. Rebuilds are at the discretion of the vendor (SMS) and only authorized once all troubleshooting steps are followed as deemed by the vendor.
How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?
Contact us at email@example.com and supply your order number along with a brief description of what issues you might be having. One of our sales executives will contact you during business hours and help.
SaveMyServer and its subsidiaries are not responsible for any shipment sent outside of the US and its borders. Any shipping damage or condition of said units is not included in SaveMyServer standard warranty. This includes freight forwarding, international shipping, freight pickup, and any other form of transport. Any Warranty or RMA is only valid inside the US and its borders. SaveMyServer offers no refunds or credits to any order that is shipped outside the US. Any order shipped outside the US will void any warranty agreed upon.
Can I Purchase an Extended Warranty?
Yes! We cover many systems up to as much as 3 years, please contact a salesperson for a quote on any extended warranty.
All Windows Operating System Licenses are digitally provided from an authorized Microsoft Vendor. We do not provide any COA. All OS and License purchases are non-refundable. Please contact a sales representative for more information.
*All warranty work is at the discretion of SaveMyServer. Our trained professionals will help you with any RMAs that is most cost effective for the user and for getting the system back online. If you refuse warranty work we have the right to terminate any future warranty claims.
