Shipping & Returns Policy


We know that you would rather have your purchase sooner than later, so we ship every order as fast as possible. We try our best to ship most of our packages by FedEx Ground within 1 business day. (All servers require one business day to build, update, and test). 

We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States via FEDEX Ground.  We also offer expedited shipping via overnight or express FEDEX.  We strongly encourage you to contact a sales representative for an accurate quote for any order that needs to be express shipped.  In addition to quoting you our best shipping rates, *we can prioritize your order in our build and test queue if the equipment is mission critical (*additional fee required).

You should receive tracking information from us within 24 hours of purchase. If you do not receive any tracking information, please let us know! We want to make sure that you know when to expect your order.

Domestic Freight Shipments

SaveMyServer offers domestic freight shipping on any bulk orders (10+ servers) via palletized packaging.  We can schedule and arrange all the details for your bulk order whether its being delivered to a business or datacenter.  Please contact a sales representative for an accurate freight quote.

We are happy to offer limited international shipping options.  Currently we ship to the following countries via DIRECT INVOICE only (no website checkouts):  

        • Canada
        • South America

Freight Shipments

We are happy to offer international freight shipping options to all our customers.  We can pack/load/secure all orders for your freight pickup from our dock in Suwanee, GA.  We have partners around the world that process orders directly from us and we pack and secure all units on pallets including shrink wrapping and metal banding to ensure your servers/order arrives intact.  Please contact a sales representative for more details.  


Shipping Damage

Please note that we verify all orders before shipment. In the case that you received a damaged order, please contact us. There are a few common issues that you may see in your orders due to FedEx or another carrier not treating your package with the care that it deserves. 

A common example that we see is an unseated RAID controller. Please make sure to reseat the RAID controller if you are seeing an issue with your drives not being recognized. This is a common error that we see after shipment and can cause some stress.
