General Returns Policy
We don't want your stuff to look like this!
First, please know that we do not ship out damaged items. Our expert technicians check and test all components in the system, update the hardware, and then begin the build audit. Each audit includes a list of components and their serial numbers and is stored within our database with the order number. A shortened version of this audit will be included with your warranty paperwork. We pride ourselves on making sure that you are receiving a working system.
Sometimes, shipping damage may occur. Unfortunately, even if we mark the item as fragile, it can get damaged in the trucks. If any issue like this occurs, please contact our customer support team. They are ready to help!
All of our items come with a standard one-year hardware warranty. If you receive a damaged item, or your part stops working, we want to help you out! Reach out to us and we will work with you. With damaged parts/components, we will either send you a replacement item (such as a drive) or a return label to ship back the server.
Your RMA paperwork may state an entire build if you are getting a component. Our shipment program, when an item ships, sends a notification for the entire order. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
We pay for all return shipping. So, if you are looking to return an order that is working, please note that we may add a restocking fee on your item. That will help us cover shipping the item back and forth.

- 20% Restocking Fee / $15 per Server Technician Fee on all Returns for non defective equipment
- Return Shipping paid by buyer if equipment returned is non defective
- No Returns on Special Order Equipment
