Warranty Information
To guarantee that our refurb servers are always up to their standards, all systems are prepared on-site, custom-built and thoroughly tested by a crew of expert engineers.
We don’t dropship any items. Our in-house experts check and test all components that go into every system.
Once all testing is completed, they initiate hardware updates and begin the warranty process. A full build audit is then generated and stored in our database with the order number.
