Warranty Information
To guarantee that our refurb servers are always up to your standards, all systems are prepared on-site, custom-built and thoroughly tested by a crew of expert engineers. We don’t dropship any items Every unit is built in-house by a team of expert engineers. Our in-house experts check and test all components that go into every system. Once all testing is completed, they initiate hardware updates and begin the warranty process. A full build audit is then generated and stored in our database with the order number. This audit includes a list of every component and their respective serial numbers. For convenience and reference purposes, this audit will be condensed and included with the warranty paperwork sent alongside each system.
