This week we have ten Dell PowerEdge R630 8 Bay Servers with dual E5-2650 V3 processors with 10 cores each for a total of 20 cores. Each unit comes equipped with 2X 16GB memory DIMMS for a total of 32GB of DDR4 memory. This leaves 22 empty slots for further expation out of the 24 DIMM slots. The system has 8 drive bays, two of which have 300GB SSD drives installed, leaving six drive bays for future expansion. This unit comes with a H730 RAID controller with battery backup.
