The PowerEdge R620 is an 8-Port (8-Bay) small form factor server chassis. This unit will accept up to 8 x SAS/SATA/SSD hard drives.

Dell PowerEdge R620 Server At A Glance

Dell PowerEdge R620 server is a 1U chassis supporting up to 24 physical cores of compute performance. We can configure up to 10 x 2.5" SAS/SATA/NL SAS/SSD and 30+TB of storage in this unit. Maximum configured DDR3 12800R memory is 768GB (24 x 32GB). Power supplies and hard drives are hot-swappable.

Each one of our refurbished Dell 1U rack servers is individually inspected prior to configuration. All rack servers we carry have been decommissioned and acquired from climate controlled facilities to include both colocations and data centers across the United States.

Our Dell R620 servers come in either an 8-Bay option or a 10-Bay option. In comparison, the Dell PowerEdge R610 only offers 6x 2.5" drive slots. Not only that, but the Dell R610 only offers up to 192GB RAM. The R620 server quadruples that with up to 768GB DDR3 RAM.

Are you looking for GPU support? The Dell R620 can support an internal graphics card of 75W. This internal GPU is available through field-upgrade or CFI only. Please note that SaveMyServer does not do special GPU installation.

Purchasing from SaveMyServer guarantees a one-year hardware warranty and servers tested before shipment. We also install an evaluation edition of Windows Server 2016, a supported R620 operating system.
